			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today wasn&#8217;t really bad.  I was pretty lazy since I had couple days off since my last work out and Stretch X wasn&#8217;t really difficult.  I need to be doing this more consistent.  I will try to workout everyday from now until the end of the 90 days.  15 more days until I get to do my weigh in and take some more pictures!!!</p>
