Feel really good today. Did most of the workouts in the Shoulders and Arms including the bonus round. I’ve been doing 15 pounds so hopefully by next month, I will be up to 20-25 pounds.
I also did most of the AbRipper X except the 2nd to the last exercise. I guess some of it is hard to do with a gut.
I can actually starting to see a difference from my Day 1 pictures. I will post some up once I get to 30 REAL days.
