<p>I also did most of the AbRipper X except the 2nd to the last exercise.  I guess some of it is hard to do with a gut.  </p>
<p>I can actually starting to see a difference from my Day 1 pictures.  I will post some up  once I get to 30 REAL days.  </p>

I need to be doing this more consistent.  I will try to workout everyday from now until the end of the 90 days.  15 more days until I get to do my weigh in and take some more pictures!!!</p>
