P90X – Day 14(Day 26) – Stretch X

Today wasn’t really bad. I was pretty lazy since I had couple days off since my last work out and Stretch X wasn’t really difficult. I need to be doing this more consistent. I will try to workout everyday from now until the end of the 90 days. 15 more days until I get to do my weigh in and take some more pictures!!!

P90X – Day 13(Day 22) – Kenpo X

Whoo! What a workout today. I feel accomplished that I finished the whole one hour workout. I guess this day is one of the easiest so far. I guess being Asian helps with all that crouching tiger, hidden dragon moves :) . I’m all warmed up for two hours of volleyball tonight. Say What!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry that I haven’t been writing more often but I’ve been busy meeting new clients for my SEO/PPC Performance Marketing company, Tang Media Group. I’ve also been working on my affiliate marketing business, which I have started to get back into Google Adsense. I read some great inspirational post on Warrior Forum that some people are still doing well with it. I tried it couple of years ago but didn’t go so well for me. But I thought I would give it another shot so I’ve been throwing up websites like crazy.

One of the things about being so busy having no time to work out and even less motivation to do it. But I’m tired looking at my beer belly so I’ve decided to call up my friend, Dhruva at Furious Fitness to help me get back into shape. My goal is just to be cut and have more energy. One of the hardest thing I find with my work is being in a set mood. The thought of going for a quick jog and coming back sitting down in front of the computer is not very appealing. My heart would be pumping too fast to sit down and get things done. So I guess I have to workout in the morning or later in the evening.

I met up with Dhruva at 8:30am this morning and I can’t remember the last time that I actually woke up this early. We measured my small muscles so I can actually see if I made any progress. I will have to get that measurements from him later and will post it on here. I did 3 sets of 12 on couple of workouts. I will have to ask for the names of those too :) . I mainly worked on my chest area today for about an hour. Afterwards, I almost wanted to throw up but managed to hold it in. Another reason I’m excited to work with Dhruva is to learn how to eat right. He just have to understand my Vietnamese/Chinese diet :) . Next workout is Friday!

Question to my readers who I assume are in the same line of work, do you guys have a workout routine and a nutritional meal plan?
