Feel really good today. Did most of the workouts in the Shoulders and Arms including the bonus round. I’ve been doing 15 pounds so hopefully by next month, I will be up to 20-25 pounds.
I also did most of the AbRipper X except the 2nd to the last exercise. I guess some of it is hard to do with a gut.
I can actually starting to see a difference from my Day 1 pictures. I will post some up once I get to 30 REAL days.

I stopped couple of times during the workout and gave up the last 15 minutes. I think I would follow through more if I have a bigger space to work with especially the guitar stringing part.

Well I just completed Day 15. I have to say that I’m improving alot as far as completing more reps but I do need to use some heavier weights. I gotta do more pushups as well. I’m sorta disappointed that I’m only in the 20 range for pushups. Urgh but that will get better before the 90 days is over!
