P90X – Day 15(Day 27) – Chest & Back
Well I just completed Day 15. I have to say that I’m improving alot as far as completing more reps but I do need to use some heavier weights. I gotta do more pushups as well. I’m sorta disappointed that I’m only in the 20 range for pushups. Urgh but that will get better before the 90 days is over!

P90X – Day 14(Day 26) – Stretch X
| Today wasn’t really bad. I was pretty lazy since I had couple days off since my last work out and Stretch X wasn’t really difficult. I need to be doing this more consistent. I will try to workout everyday from now until the end of the 90 days. 15 more days until I get to do my weigh in and take some more pictures!!! |

Whoo! What a workout today. I feel accomplished that I finished the whole one hour workout. I guess this day is one of the easiest so far. I guess being Asian helps with all that crouching tiger, hidden dragon moves
. I’m all warmed up for two hours of volleyball tonight. Say What!!!!!!!!!!!
